金属酞菁类化合物由于独特的大共扼体系使其具有优异的抗菌除臭性能。随着室内空气污染问题的日益严重,具有消除甲醛功能的酞著铁鳌合物渐渐成为研究热点。以酞菁铁作为除臭剂对聚氨酯弹性纤维进行改性,研究了酞菁铁对聚氨酯弹性纤维热学性能、力学性能、除臭性能的影响。酞菁铁赋予聚氨酯弹性纤维优异的除甲醛性能的同时,还提升了聚氨酯弹性纤维的热分解温度。

Metal phthalocyanine compounds have excellent antibacterial and deodorizing performance because of its big conjugated system. Aiming at rising indoor air pollution problem, how to eliminate indoor formaldehyde becomes a research focus. In this article, polyurethane elastic fiber was modified by using iron phthalocyanine as the deodorant. Effects of the iron phthalocyanine on thermal property, mechanical property and deodorizing property of polyurethane elastic fiber were studied. The results show that the iron phthalocyanine can give polyurethane elastic fiber not only excellent performance for eliminating formaldehyde, but also good thermal property.
