选用丙酸为溶剂，二氯化钴、硫酸锰、溴化钾为复合催化剂，以对硝基甲苯为原料，在中压反应釜中，用空气液相氧化法制备对硝基苯甲酸。考察了实验的温度、压力、时间、配比、空气流量等对产品收率影响。结果表明：当反应温度为170℃，压力为0.7 MPa，原料配比m(对硝基甲苯)/m(丙酸)/m(催化剂)=50∶200∶3以及空气流量为2.7 L/min时，反应6 h，产品收率达到72.5％。
선용병산위용제，이록화고、류산맹、추화갑위복합최화제，이대초기갑분위원료，재중압반응부중，용공기액상양화법제비대초기분갑산。고찰료실험적온도、압력、시간、배비、공기류량등대산품수솔영향。결과표명：당반응온도위170℃，압력위0.7 MPa，원료배비m(대초기갑분)/m(병산)/m(최화제)=50∶200∶3이급공기류량위2.7 L/min시，반응6 h，산품수솔체도72.5％。
Using propionic acid as the solvent, cobalt dichloride, manganous sulfate and potassium bromide as compound catalyst, p-nitrobenzoic acid was synthesized by air liquid phase oxidation method in a middle-pressure reactor. Effects of temperature,pressure,time,raw material ratio and air flow on the product yield were investigated. The results show that ,when the reaction temperature is 170 ℃, pressure is 0.7 MPa, reaction time is 6 h,raw material ratio (p-nitrotoluene∶propionic acid∶catalyst ) is 50∶200∶3 and the air flow is 2.7 L/min, the product yield can reach 72.5%.
