选用丙酸为溶剂,二氯化钴、硫酸锰、溴化钾为复合催化剂,以对硝基甲苯为原料,在中压反应釜中,用空气液相氧化法制备对硝基苯甲酸。考察了实验的温度、压力、时间、配比、空气流量等对产品收率影响。结果表明:当反应温度为170℃,压力为0.7 MPa,原料配比m(对硝基甲苯)/m(丙酸)/m(催化剂)=50∶200∶3以及空气流量为2.7 L/min时,反应6 h,产品收率达到72.5%。
選用丙痠為溶劑,二氯化鈷、硫痠錳、溴化鉀為複閤催化劑,以對硝基甲苯為原料,在中壓反應釜中,用空氣液相氧化法製備對硝基苯甲痠。攷察瞭實驗的溫度、壓力、時間、配比、空氣流量等對產品收率影響。結果錶明:噹反應溫度為170℃,壓力為0.7 MPa,原料配比m(對硝基甲苯)/m(丙痠)/m(催化劑)=50∶200∶3以及空氣流量為2.7 L/min時,反應6 h,產品收率達到72.5%。
선용병산위용제,이록화고、류산맹、추화갑위복합최화제,이대초기갑분위원료,재중압반응부중,용공기액상양화법제비대초기분갑산。고찰료실험적온도、압력、시간、배비、공기류량등대산품수솔영향。결과표명:당반응온도위170℃,압력위0.7 MPa,원료배비m(대초기갑분)/m(병산)/m(최화제)=50∶200∶3이급공기류량위2.7 L/min시,반응6 h,산품수솔체도72.5%。
Using propionic acid as the solvent, cobalt dichloride, manganous sulfate and potassium bromide as compound catalyst, p-nitrobenzoic acid was synthesized by air liquid phase oxidation method in a middle-pressure reactor. Effects of temperature,pressure,time,raw material ratio and air flow on the product yield were investigated. The results show that ,when the reaction temperature is 170 ℃, pressure is 0.7 MPa, reaction time is 6 h,raw material ratio (p-nitrotoluene∶propionic acid∶catalyst ) is 50∶200∶3 and the air flow is 2.7 L/min, the product yield can reach 72.5%.
