形式主义、官僚主义、享乐主义、奢靡之风违背党的性质和根本宗旨，因此狠刹“四风”是巩固党的执政地位的必然选择。狠刹“四风”不仅需要党员干部思想上的觉悟，更需要加强制度建设和落实。针对学校的具体情况，加强作风建设，将成为学校科学发展的强大动力，将带动校风、教风、学风的根本好转。
形式主義、官僚主義、享樂主義、奢靡之風違揹黨的性質和根本宗旨，因此狠剎“四風”是鞏固黨的執政地位的必然選擇。狠剎“四風”不僅需要黨員榦部思想上的覺悟，更需要加彊製度建設和落實。針對學校的具體情況，加彊作風建設，將成為學校科學髮展的彊大動力，將帶動校風、教風、學風的根本好轉。
형식주의、관료주의、향악주의、사미지풍위배당적성질화근본종지，인차한찰“사풍”시공고당적집정지위적필연선택。한찰“사풍”불부수요당원간부사상상적각오，경수요가강제도건설화락실。침대학교적구체정황，가강작풍건설，장성위학교과학발전적강대동력，장대동교풍、교풍、학풍적근본호전。
Formalism, bureaucratism, hedonism and squandering violate the nature and principle of the Communist Party. Therefore, stopping"four winds"is the inevitable choice of consolidating the Communist Party's ruling status. Stopping"four winds"should not only be aware by the Party members, but also be reinforced by the system construction and implement. Focusing on the current situation of the university, enhancing attitude construction will be the huge strength of the scientific development of the university and will promote the university spirit, teaching spirit and studying spirit.
