设计一种新型的空调器安装吊耳结构,包括挂钩、加强折边、安装孔、加强筋、安装槽五部分组成。挂钩设计在吊耳上端面,以一定斜角度,反向钩在空调器安装孔内,再通过螺栓固定在空调器侧板上,采取一挂钩和一螺栓的固定方式。安装吊耳增加了折边和加强筋,有效提高了整体强度,其中两侧边的折边通过模具实现不小于1/2宽度不断开。挂钩的宽度不大于安装槽的宽度,冲压零件时,两个安装吊耳上下排料,挂钩的材料来源于安装槽的废料,而且采用连续冲压模具加工。这种安装吊耳相对之前的结构,综合制造成本、制造效率、强度和维修性较优,可标准化其它安装吊耳结构。

This paper presents the program of a new-typed installation structure for air conditioner's lifting lug, includes five parts as the hook, the reinforced ruffled edge, the installing hole, the reinforced stiffener and the installing groove. The hook was designed on the top of the lifting lugs with a certain inclined angle, the reversed hook was in the installing hole of the air conditioner, and then was fixed in the air conditioner’s side board with the bolts, under the fixed way of one hook with one bolt. The installing lifting lug has been added with the reinforced ruffled edge and the reinforced stiffener, which increases the overall strength and makes less than 1/2 the width of the two side ruffled edges unbroken when it’s getting through the mold. The width of the hook is not wider than the width of the installing groove, when stamping the parts, the two lifting lugs are releasing material up and down, the material of the hook comes from the wasting material from the installing groove, while with the mold processing of continuous stamping. Comparing this type of installing lifting lug structure with the one before, it has an advantage of less integrated manufacturing cost, greater manufacturing efficiency, strengthen intension and better maintainability, which standardizes the other structures of installing lifting lug.
