针对克拉玛依老化油脱水困难,目前的大多数破乳剂遇到的瓶颈,应用实验室自制纳米硅改性破乳剂对老化油进行破乳脱水工艺,确定了克拉玛依老化油破乳脱水工艺条件,破乳剂加剂量200 mg/L,破乳温度70℃,沉降时间2 h,老化油脱水率可以达到85.2%,可以很大程度的解决该老化油脱水困难的问题。在与市场中应用较广泛的破乳剂进行了比较,考察出经过硅改性的破乳剂在用量、破乳温度等方面的有较明显的优点,适合作为新型原油、老化油破乳剂进行应用。

Aimed at the difficulty of dehydrating of Karamay aging oil, at present most of the demulsifiers encounter bottlenecks in dehydration process, laboratory-made nano-silicon modified demulsifier was applied in aging oil demulsification process. Demulsification dehydration process conditions of Karamay aging oil were determined as follows: demulsifier dosage 200 mg/L ,demulsification temperature 70 ℃, depositing time 2 h. Under above conditions, the dehydration rate of aging oil can reach to 85.2%, the difficulty of dehydrating of Karamay aging oil can be solved. Compared with demulsifiers that have been widely used, the demulsifier modified by nano-silicon has obvious advantages in the aspects of demulsifier dosage and demulsification temperature, and is suitable for dehydrating of aging crude oil.
