目的：探讨通过使用不同口腔护理液观察脑卒中患者口腔护理的临床效果。方法将180例卒中患者根据入院时口腔状况随机分为两组，分别使用银尔通和双氧水进行口腔护理，银尔通为实验组，双氧水为对照组。观察患者口腔黏膜红肿、口腔溃疡发生、牙龈出血和口臭后，评估患者口腔健康状况。结果研究发现，使用银尔通的患者口腔健康的改善与保持明显优于双氧水组。结论银尔通可作为脑卒中患者常规、优质的口腔护理产品。
목적：탐토통과사용불동구강호리액관찰뇌졸중환자구강호리적림상효과。방법장180례졸중환자근거입원시구강상황수궤분위량조，분별사용은이통화쌍양수진행구강호리，은이통위실험조，쌍양수위대조조。관찰환자구강점막홍종、구강궤양발생、아간출혈화구취후，평고환자구강건강상황。결과연구발현，사용은이통적환자구강건강적개선여보지명현우우쌍양수조。결론은이통가작위뇌졸중환자상규、우질적구강호리산품。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of different oral care solution observed in the oral care of stroke patients. Methods A total of 180 stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups according to their oral condition on admission, using oral care solution YinErtong and hydrogen peroxide in mouth respectively, and YinErtong as the experimental group, hydrogen peroxide as control group. Oral mucosal redness, oral ulcers, bleeding gums and bad breath were observed in patients to assess their oral health status. Results Using YinErtong for oral health showed a significantly better status than the group of using hydrogen peroxide. Conclusion YinErtong turns out to be a more conventional and high-quality oral care products in stroke patients be an alternative to hydrogen peroxide for stroke patients as it’s a more conventional and high-quality oral care products.
