目的：总结急性心肌梗死并发症的超声心动图特征，为临床采取合理治疗措施提供依据。方法随机抽取急性心肌梗死患者186例，回顾性分析和总结发生并发症的急性心肌梗死患者的超声心动图特点。结果室间隔穿孔5例，心包积液20例，心脏压塞3例，真性室壁瘤53例，附壁血栓21例，同时并发2种或2种以上的上述并发症9例。结论超声心动图可及时、准确诊断急性心肌梗死的并发症，为临床诊断及治疗提供有价值的依据。
목적：총결급성심기경사병발증적초성심동도특정，위림상채취합리치료조시제공의거。방법수궤추취급성심기경사환자186례，회고성분석화총결발생병발증적급성심기경사환자적초성심동도특점。결과실간격천공5례，심포적액20례，심장압새3례，진성실벽류53례，부벽혈전21례，동시병발2충혹2충이상적상술병발증9례。결론초성심동도가급시、준학진단급성심기경사적병발증，위림상진단급치료제공유개치적의거。
Objective To summarize the sonographic features of complications of acute myocardial infarction. Methods Analyzed retrospectively and summarized the sonographic features of complications of acute myocardial infarction in 186 cases. Results VSP occurred in 5 cases, 20 cases of pericardial effusion, pericardial tamponade in 3 cases, 53 cases of true ventricular aneurysm, mural thrombus in 21 cases, simultaneous or 2 more than 2 of the above complications in 9 cases. Conclusions Echocardiography could diagnose the complications of acute myocardial infarction timely and accurately, providing the evidences for the diagnosis and treatment.
