目的：探讨高危重度前列腺增生症的有效治疗方法。方法采用经尿道前列腺电气化术（TUVP）对高危重度前列腺增生患者进行治疗，患者共计45例。结果手术平均时间为57 min，平均切除前列腺组织为43 g ，全部患者术后都达到痊愈，平均随访时间为12个月，均排尿通畅。结论 TUVP 能够较好地治疗高危重度前列腺增生症，疗效显著。

목적：탐토고위중도전렬선증생증적유효치료방법。방법채용경뇨도전렬선전기화술（TUVP）대고위중도전렬선증생환자진행치료，환자공계45례。결과수술평균시간위57 min，평균절제전렬선조직위43 g ，전부환자술후도체도전유，평균수방시간위12개월，균배뇨통창。결론 TUVP 능구교호지치료고위중도전렬선증생증，료효현저。
Objective To explore the effective method for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods transurethral resection of the prostate (TUVP) in high-risk patients with severe benign prostatic hyperplasia treatment, a total of 45 patients. Results the average operation time was 57 min, the mean resected prostatic tissue was 43 g, all patients were cure, average follow-up time was 12 months, had good voiding. Conclusion TUVP can be used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia, curative effect.
