目的：探讨血液不规则抗体筛查在临床输血方面的应用及其安全性高低。方法选取本院2012年6月到2013年6月入院的3758名准备输血的患者为研究对象，使用传统的抗人球蛋白法与微柱玻璃珠法筛查不规则抗体进行对照。结果筛查出不规则抗体阳性的患者34例，阳性率0.90%，并对阳性血样进行抗体特异性鉴定，检出了所有的有可能引起输血溶血反应的患者。结论筛查不规则抗体在临床血液输注方面有非常高的应用价值，其特异性强、安全性高，能有效的避免不良的输血反应。
목적：탐토혈액불규칙항체사사재림상수혈방면적응용급기안전성고저。방법선취본원2012년6월도2013년6월입원적3758명준비수혈적환자위연구대상，사용전통적항인구단백법여미주파리주법사사불규칙항체진행대조。결과사사출불규칙항체양성적환자34례，양성솔0.90%，병대양성혈양진행항체특이성감정，검출료소유적유가능인기수혈용혈반응적환자。결론사사불규칙항체재림상혈액수주방면유비상고적응용개치，기특이성강、안전성고，능유효적피면불량적수혈반응。
Objective to investigate the application of irregular antibodies screening in the clinical blood transfusion area and its safety.Methods 3758 patients were selected in our hospital from june 2012 to june 2013 who prepare to blood transfusion as the object of study, to control of traditional anti human globulin method and micro column glass method in irregular antibodies screening.Results 34 positive results were isolated from all study object and the positive rate was 0.90%, detected of all possible in patients with haemolytic transfusion reaction through specific antibodies identification of positive blood samples. Conclusion the application of irregular antibodies screening has strong specificity,high safety,can effective avoid the adverse transfusion reaction and the very high application value in clinical transfusion .
