目的：探究尿微量蛋白检测对早期糖尿病患者的诊断价值。方法收集40例住院糖尿病患者及同期在院门诊体检的40例健康人群，用免疫比浊法对两组人群进行尿微量白蛋白检测及对比分析。结果糖尿病组患者的尿微量白蛋白水平及阳性检测率明显高于正常人群者(P<0.05)。且尿微量白蛋白的阳性检测率随糖尿病病程的延长而不断上升。结论尿微量白蛋白是糖尿病早期肾损伤的有效监测指标，具有简便、灵敏、快捷的特点，对早期发现糖尿病患者肾损伤有重要意义。
목적：탐구뇨미량단백검측대조기당뇨병환자적진단개치。방법수집40례주원당뇨병환자급동기재원문진체검적40례건강인군，용면역비탁법대량조인군진행뇨미량백단백검측급대비분석。결과당뇨병조환자적뇨미량백단백수평급양성검측솔명현고우정상인군자(P<0.05)。차뇨미량백단백적양성검측솔수당뇨병병정적연장이불단상승。결론뇨미량백단백시당뇨병조기신손상적유효감측지표，구유간편、령민、쾌첩적특점，대조기발현당뇨병환자신손상유중요의의。
Ojective To investigate the diagnostic value of urinary microalbumin detection in early diabetic patients. Methods Forty hospitalized diabetic patients and forty cases of healthy people in our clinic examination were enrolled,turbidimetric immunoassay was used to check and analyze for urinary microalbumin comparativly between the two groups. Results The levels and positive testing of urinary microalbumin in diabetic patients were significantly higher than that in normal population (P<0.05). The longer the duration of the diabetes patients was, the higher urinary microalbumin-positive detection rate was. Conclusion Urinary microalbumin is an effective monitoring indicator in early diabetic kidney injury, with characteristics of simple, sensitive and fast, which was important for early detection of diabetic kidney injury.
