建立了高效液相色谱法测定头孢西酮钠的有关物质。采用十八烷基键合硅胶,流动相为0.02 mol/L 磷酸二氢铵缓冲液(0.1 mol/L 氢氧化钠溶液调至 pH 5.0)-乙腈,梯度洗脱,流速为1 ml/min,检测波长278 nm。结果显示,头孢西酮钠与各杂质分离良好。
建立瞭高效液相色譜法測定頭孢西酮鈉的有關物質。採用十八烷基鍵閤硅膠,流動相為0.02 mol/L 燐痠二氫銨緩遲液(0.1 mol/L 氫氧化鈉溶液調至 pH 5.0)-乙腈,梯度洗脫,流速為1 ml/min,檢測波長278 nm。結果顯示,頭孢西酮鈉與各雜質分離良好。

An HPLC method was established for the determination of the related substances of cefazedone sodium. A C18 column was used, with the mobile phase of 0.02 mol/L ammonium dihydrogen phosphate buffer (adjusted to pH 5.0 by 0.1mol/L NaOH solution)-acetonitrile by gradient elution. The flow rate was 1ml/min. The detection wavelength was 278 nm. The result showed that cefazedone sodium and its related substances were isolated well.
