目的：探讨儿童带状疱疹的临床特征。方法选取的11例儿童带状疱疹患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组应用单纯西医疗法治疗，观察组应用中西医结合疗治疗。对临床资料进行回顾性分析，并复习文献。结果儿童带状疱疹症状：前驱症状轻微，散在分布少量的皮疹，伴随轻微神经痛，病程一般不长(3～8d)，不会出现后遗神经痛等。观察组6例中良好率为100%，对照组中，良好率占60%，P<0.05。结论儿童带状疱疹临床表现为较少见、症状比成人轻微，多因为感染而发病。中西医结合方法可以明显提高其治疗效果。

목적：탐토인동대상포진적림상특정。방법선취적11례인동대상포진환자작위연구대상，수궤분위량조，대조조응용단순서의요법치료，관찰조응용중서의결합료치료。대림상자료진행회고성분석，병복습문헌。결과인동대상포진증상：전구증상경미，산재분포소량적피진，반수경미신경통，병정일반불장(3～8d)，불회출현후유신경통등。관찰조6례중량호솔위100%，대조조중，량호솔점60%，P<0.05。결론인동대상포진림상표현위교소견、증상비성인경미，다인위감염이발병。중서의결합방법가이명현제고기치료효과。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of children with herpes zoster. Conclusions Clinical manifestations of herpes zoster is less common, minor symptoms than adults, mostly because of infection and disease. Integrative approach can significantly improve its therapeutic effect.
