目的：探索优质护理服务在临床护理路径模式中的应用效果。方法将优质护理服务评价指标纳入临床护理路径文本中，为住院患者提供规范的护理服务和流程，比较常规优质护理组、路径优质护理组两组患者疾病相关知识知晓率、患者对护理工作满意度、平均住院日及住院费用的差异。结果两组患者对疾病相关知识知晓率及对护理工作的满意度均有明显改善（P ＜0.01），在缩短患者住院天数、降低患者住院费用上亦存在显著性差异（P ＜0.01）。结论优质护理服务运用于中医临床护理路径模式能规范护理行为，提升护理服务品质，改进 CNP 管理质量，有利于 CNP 的实施。

목적：탐색우질호리복무재림상호리로경모식중적응용효과。방법장우질호리복무평개지표납입림상호리로경문본중，위주원환자제공규범적호리복무화류정，비교상규우질호리조、로경우질호리조량조환자질병상관지식지효솔、환자대호리공작만의도、평균주원일급주원비용적차이。결과량조환자대질병상관지식지효솔급대호리공작적만의도균유명현개선（P ＜0.01），재축단환자주원천수、강저환자주원비용상역존재현저성차이（P ＜0.01）。결론우질호리복무운용우중의림상호리로경모식능규범호리행위，제승호리복무품질，개진 CNP 관리질량，유리우 CNP 적실시。
Objective Exploring application effect of quality nursing service in clinical nursing path mode. Methods:Putting quality care evaluation into the text of clinical nursing path in order to provide standardized services and processes of care for hospitalized patients, and comparing the differences of awareness of knowledge associated with disease, satisfaction of service work, average length of stay and hospitalization expenses between conventional quality care group and path quality care group. Results: In the respects of awareness of knowledge associated with disease and satisfaction of service work, both of the two groups of patients show significant improvement(P < 0.01), also, there have apparent differences between the two groups in the respects of cutting down the hospital days and reducing hospital costs(P < 0.01). Conclusions: That putting quality nursing service into the clinical nursing path mode of traditional Chinese medicine can standardize nursing behavior, enhance quality of nursing care, improve management quality of CNP and be helpful to the implementation of it.
