目的：探讨丙泊酚在高血压脑出血手术患者中的应用价值。方法选取2010-08-2013-07于本院收治的52例高血压脑出血手术患者为研究对象，将52例患者随机分为对照组（咪达唑仑组）26例和观察组（丙泊酚组）26例，将2组患者的围术期的脑氧代谢指标、术中及术后不良反应发生率进行比较。结果观察组术中及术后不同时间点的脑氧代谢指标均好于对照组，术中及术后不良反应发生率也均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P均＜0.05）。结论丙泊酚在高血压脑出血手术患者中的应用价值较高，具有较佳的脑保护作用。
목적：탐토병박분재고혈압뇌출혈수술환자중적응용개치。방법선취2010-08-2013-07우본원수치적52례고혈압뇌출혈수술환자위연구대상，장52례환자수궤분위대조조（미체서륜조）26례화관찰조（병박분조）26례，장2조환자적위술기적뇌양대사지표、술중급술후불량반응발생솔진행비교。결과관찰조술중급술후불동시간점적뇌양대사지표균호우대조조，술중급술후불량반응발생솔야균저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（ P균＜0.05）。결론병박분재고혈압뇌출혈수술환자중적응용개치교고，구유교가적뇌보호작용。
Objective To investigate and study the application value of propofol on the operative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Fify-two operative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from August 2010 to July 2013 were selected as research objects ,and were randomly divided into control group (midazolam group)26 cases and observation group(propofol group)26 cases ,then the cerebral oxygen metabolism indices during the perioperative period and adverse reaction rates during the operation and after the operation of two groups were compared. Results The cerebral oxygen metabolism indices of observation group during the operation and at different time after the operation were all better than those of control group ,adverse reaction rates during the operation and after the operation were respectively lower than those of control group too ,all P<0.05 ,there were all significant differences between those comparative indices of two groups. Conclusion The application value of propofol on the operative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is higher ,and it has better cerebral protective effect for the patients.
