目的：研究肺源性心脏病合并冠心病的临床特点。方法以我院收治的75例肺源性心脏病合并冠心病患者作为观察组，并以同期收治的75例单纯肺源性心脏病患者作为对照组，回顾性分析比较两组患者的临床资料。结果观察组在心绞痛（84.0%）、心悸（92.0%）、心肌梗死（17.3%）、心界向左扩大（28.0%）、呼吸困难（57.3%）、缺血型ST-T改变（84.0%）、电轴左偏（33.3%）、束支传导阻滞（18.7%）、陈旧性心肌梗死（14.7%）等临床表现和心电图结果方面与对照组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。经过有效的治疗，两组患者均恢复良好，没有并发严重的不良反应。结论肺源性心脏病合并冠心病是一种较为复杂的疾病，临床表现众多，对于该病及时有效的诊治显得极为重要。
목적：연구폐원성심장병합병관심병적림상특점。방법이아원수치적75례폐원성심장병합병관심병환자작위관찰조，병이동기수치적75례단순폐원성심장병환자작위대조조，회고성분석비교량조환자적림상자료。결과관찰조재심교통（84.0%）、심계（92.0%）、심기경사（17.3%）、심계향좌확대（28.0%）、호흡곤난（57.3%）、결혈형ST-T개변（84.0%）、전축좌편（33.3%）、속지전도조체（18.7%）、진구성심기경사（14.7%）등림상표현화심전도결과방면여대조조차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。경과유효적치료，량조환자균회복량호，몰유병발엄중적불량반응。결론폐원성심장병합병관심병시일충교위복잡적질병，림상표현음다，대우해병급시유효적진치현득겁위중요。
Objective To study the clinical characteristics of cor pulmonale combined with coronary heart disease. Methods Seventy-five cases of cor pulmonale combined with coronary heart disease admitted into our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 75 cases of cor pulmonale admitted during the corresponding period were selected as the control group. The clinical data of two groups were retrospectively analyzed and compared. Results In the observation group, the clinical manifestations and ECG results were angina (84.0%), palmus (92.0%), myocardial infarction (17.3%), heart border enlarging toward left (28.0%), dyspnea (57.3%), ischemic ST-T changes (84.0%), left axis deviation (33.3%), bundle branch block (18.7%) and old myocardial infarction (14.7%), which had significant differences compared with in the control group(P < 0.05). After the effective treatment, the patients of two groups recovered well without serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Cor pulmonale combined with coronary heart disease is a complex disease which has many clinical manifestations. So, timely and effective diagnosis and treatment plays an important role in patients of cor pulmonale combined with coronary heart disease.
