目的：探讨玻璃体切割联合手术治疗严重眼外伤的手术效果，以及术前术后视力改善情况。方法回顾性分析2011年1月～2013年1月我院应用玻玻璃体切割联合手术治疗严重眼外伤32例的临床资料。结果术后无1例眼球摘除，术后视力大部分有了不同程度的提高。40眼伤眼中，手术成功共39眼，成功率达97.5%，其中功能治愈35眼，解剖治愈4眼，失败1眼，失败率为2.5%。结论随着玻璃体切割术的技术不断成熟，玻璃体切割术在严重眼外伤中的治疗作用越来越重要，值得广泛推广和应用。
목적：탐토파리체절할연합수술치료엄중안외상적수술효과，이급술전술후시력개선정황。방법회고성분석2011년1월～2013년1월아원응용파파리체절할연합수술치료엄중안외상32례적림상자료。결과술후무1례안구적제，술후시력대부분유료불동정도적제고。40안상안중，수술성공공39안，성공솔체97.5%，기중공능치유35안，해부치유4안，실패1안，실패솔위2.5%。결론수착파리체절할술적기술불단성숙，파리체절할술재엄중안외상중적치료작용월래월중요，치득엄범추엄화응용。
Objective To investigate the effect of vitrectomy surgery for severe ocular trauma surgery,and to explore the visual acuity improvement preoperative and postoperative. Methods Retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 32 cases with severe ocular trauma by glassy vitrectomy surgery from January 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital. Results There was no one eye of enucleation,visual acuity had improved compared with preoperative.Among 40 eyes ocular trauma,39 eyes were surgical successive, the surgical successive rate was 97.5%,of which functional cured 35 eyes, anatomical cured 4 eyes,the failure rate was 2.5%. Conclusion With the vitrectomy technology continues to mature, vitrectomy in the treatment of severe ocular trauma is an increasingly important role, and it should be popularized and applied.
