利用高频动态压力传感器对离心风机蜗壳壁面4个位置动态压力进行了测量,得出动态压力大小及频率组成沿风机轴向的变化规律。通过对测量结果的分析,得出蜗舌部位气流流动规律,不稳定流动发生位置及主要不稳定流动形式,为以后提高风机性能,降低噪声、减小振动情况提供试验依据。
利用高頻動態壓力傳感器對離心風機蝸殼壁麵4箇位置動態壓力進行瞭測量,得齣動態壓力大小及頻率組成沿風機軸嚮的變化規律。通過對測量結果的分析,得齣蝸舌部位氣流流動規律,不穩定流動髮生位置及主要不穩定流動形式,為以後提高風機性能,降低譟聲、減小振動情況提供試驗依據。
이용고빈동태압력전감기대리심풍궤와각벽면4개위치동태압력진행료측량,득출동태압력대소급빈솔조성연풍궤축향적변화규률。통과대측량결과적분석,득출와설부위기류류동규률,불은정류동발생위치급주요불은정류동형식,위이후제고풍궤성능,강저조성、감소진동정황제공시험의거。
Fluctuation of static pressure at 4 points on the volute wall of a centrifugal fan is measured with high-frequency pressure transducers. Through the analysis of the test results, the amplitude and frequency of the pressure fluctuations along the volute axial are obtained, and the air flow field near the volute tongue, position and the main form of instable flow are derived. The results can be used as a reference for improvement of noise and vibration situation of centrifugal fans.
