目的：探讨原发性面肌痉挛的显微手术治疗要点。方法2010-12-2011-12我院采用微血管减压手术治疗H FS共56例回顾分析临床资料、手术资料，并行1 a随访。结果术后面肌痉挛立即消失38例，术后痉挛减轻但未消失16例，随访5个月后完全消失、无效1例，复发1例，治愈率96.4％。结论确切探明面神经REZ区责任血管和灵活选用恰当减压方式是原发性肌痉挛微血管手术成功关键。
목적：탐토원발성면기경련적현미수술치료요점。방법2010-12-2011-12아원채용미혈관감압수술치료H FS공56례회고분석림상자료、수술자료，병행1 a수방。결과술후면기경련립즉소실38례，술후경련감경단미소실16례，수방5개월후완전소실、무효1례，복발1례，치유솔96.4％。결론학절탐명면신경REZ구책임혈관화령활선용흡당감압방식시원발성기경련미혈관수술성공관건。
Objective To explore the essential microsurgical points of hemfacial spasm (HFS). Methods Fifty-six HFS patients treated by microvascular decompressions from Dec. 2010 to Dec. 2011 were analyzed retrospectively ,including clinical data ,operative data and parallel data followed up for one year. Results On one hand ,38 patients’ HFS disappeared immedi-ately ,on the other hand ,16 patients’ postoperative spam alleviated without symptom-free ,but cured within 5 months ,addi-tionally. One case with no effect and another was palindromia. In summary ,the total effective rate was 96.4%. Conclusion The key points of the microvascular decompression are to ascertain offending vessels in facial nerve REZ exactly and choose ap-propriate methods to decompress flexibly.
