介绍运动鞋帮面面料的设计思路,阐述运动鞋帮面的两种版型(直线版型和曲线版型)及其鞋面多色意匠图的制备过程,并利用经编CAD系统与VC++,通过建立几何模型,开发设计出一款鞋面和鞋帮处网孔较大、连接部位也配以孔眼的经编网眼运动鞋帮面面料。结果表明,在VC++的基础上利用HZCAD系统实现对贾卡花纹组织设计图的颜色定义,并进行仿真,取得了较好的设计效果,实现了经编网眼运动鞋帮面面料的数字化设计。

This paper introduces the design ideas of side and top fabrics of sports shoes , and presents the two types(linear type and curve type) and the preparation of multi-color shoe top notation. Then by establishing a geo-metric model, use the warp knitting CAD system and VC++ to design a fabric with bigger meshes on shoes side and top and smaller ones on the connecting areas. The results show that based on the VC++ programming, the no-tation color can be defined to computer aided jacquard knitting system, and the simulation can be also made. The design results are satisfied and the digital design of side and top fabrics of sports shoes can be implemented through this way.
