为了弥补黑竹炭不能生产白色、浅色产品的缺憾,以白竹炭改性涤纶与棉的混纺纱和吸湿排汗纤维Coolplus(酷帛丝)为原料,在18针/25.4 mm的双面罗纹机上开发一款新型的变形双面罗纹组织。详细介绍面料的编织工艺和染整工艺,包括原料选择、设备参数、织针排列、三角排列、穿纱方式等,以及各生产环节注意事项。同时测试了面料的一些主要性能,包括吸湿速干性能、负离子发射性能、缩水率、抗起毛起球等性能。结果表明,该面料具有良好的尺寸稳定性,吸湿速干性,以及抑菌、负离子发射和除臭等功能,色彩丰富,适合开发运动休闲及家居服等针织产品。

In view of the problem that black bamboo fiber is not suitable for develoiping white or light-colored products, the paper develops a new kind of varied rib fabric on double circular knitting machine gauged 18 G by using white bamboo modified polyester/cotton blended yarn and the moisture absorption and sweat transferring Cool-plus filament. It also introduces in detail the knitting technology, including raw material’s selection, equipment pa-rameters, needle arrangement, cam arrangement and threading ways, as well as the dyeing and finishing technolo-gy. In addition, it tests the main properties of fabric, including moisture absorption and fast-drying, negative ions release, shrinkage rate and pilling resistance properties and so on. The results show that the knitted fabric made in this paper presents excellent dimensional stability, moisture absorption and fast-drying properties, anti-bacteria properties, negative ions release and deodorant function, which can be used to develop sportswear and casual and household knitted fabric.
