目前，国内研究钓鱼岛争端问题的文献主要是从历史和法律两个角度来论述的，涉及钓鱼岛列岛的主权归属问题、中国对钓鱼岛自古以来就拥有主权的历史依据和法律依据研究、日本反复挑衅钓鱼岛主权问题的政治图谋以及钓鱼岛争端对中日关系的影响等方面。本文专门从国际法的角度对解决钓鱼岛争端的模式进行研究，提出了战争模式、仲裁模式、谈判模式和搁置模式，并从历史和国际法理两个角度对这四种模式在中国未来解决钓鱼岛争端上的可行性选择进行探析。

Nowadays the domestic studies on the disputes over the Diaoyu mainly focus on historical and le-gal dimensionality,which include the disputes over the sovereignty of the Diaoyu,Chinese sovereignty of the Diaoyu according to the historical and legal basis,Japanese purpose of provoking Chinese sovereignty of the Diaoyu and influence on China-Japanese relations,etc.This paper studies on disputes solution mode in the terms of legal principle,raising four modes including war-mode,arbitration-mode,negotiation-mode and shelving-mode to solve the disputes.These modes can help China choose a feasible strategy to cope with the disputes in the future.
