基于江浙两省2006-2011年的数据分析可知：江苏省对农业总产值的影响程度最大的是农村用电量，其次为农业机械总动力；浙江省对农业总产值的影响程度最大的是农业机械总动力，其次是农村用电量。江苏省农业利用外资对于农产品出口总值的贡献度偏小，而浙江省农业利用外资对农产品出口总值的贡献度更加明显。说明江苏省农业利用外资推进农产品出口的效率低于浙江省。江苏省应通过提高农业机械总动力及其他农业条件增加农业总产值，并通过提升农业利用外资的效率促进农产品出口；浙江省要通过加快农村电网建设等增加农业总产值，同时通过加强基础设施建设、完善农业配套等进一步提高农业利用外资的额度。

Analysis of data from 2006 to 2011 founds that in Jiangsu province, rural power consumption is the most effective force to the total value of agricultural output, greater than the total power of agricultural machinery. In the case of Zhejiang province, the situation is just the opposite. Foreign investment in Jiangsu contributes less in the total export value of agriculture products;while that of Zhejiang province is great, which indicates that foreign investment in Jiangsu is less efficiently used than Zhejiang in promoting the export of agri-culture products. The total agricultural output value in Jiangsu could be increased by improving the total power of agricultural machinery and other farm conditions. And foreign investment should be used more efficiently in agriculture to boost agriculture product export. Zhe-jiang could ramp up the total output value of agriculture by speeding up rural power grid construction. In addition, the use of foreign in-vestment could be enhanced through infrastructure building and agriculture supporting.
