目的：探讨腰椎间盘突出症围手术期护理体会。方法：对2012年2月份-10月份医院收治的45例进行手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者临床护理情况进行分析和总结。结果：45例患者均痊愈出院，没有相关并发症发生。结论：良好的围手术期护理及措施，能够促进腰椎间盘突出症患者的康复，避免术后并发症的发生。
목적：탐토요추간반돌출증위수술기호리체회。방법：대2012년2월빈-10월빈의원수치적45례진행수술치료적요추간반돌출증환자림상호리정황진행분석화총결。결과：45례환자균전유출원，몰유상관병발증발생。결론：량호적위수술기호리급조시，능구촉진요추간반돌출증환자적강복，피면술후병발증적발생。
Objective: Talking about lumbar disc herniation perioperative nursing experience.Methed: In April 2012 the 19 cases were in the surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical nursing of patients situation are analyzed and summed up.Result: The 19 patients were healed. No related complications occured. Conclusion:Good perioperative nursing and measuresmay promote the recovery of the patients with lumbar disc herniation. and avoid the occurrence of postoperative complications.
