目的：探讨 C 反应蛋白在孕妇子痫前期及疾病严重程度的相关性。方法：2008年1月至2012年12月孕28周以上在本院住院的正常健康孕妇43例、轻度子痫前期43例、重度子痫前期43例，用平均动脉压和蛋白尿反应病情的严重程度，测定血清 C 反应蛋白数值。结果：子痫前期孕妇血清 C 反应蛋白比正常健康孕妇明显升高，重度子痫前期比轻度子痫前期 C 反应蛋白明显升高。

목적：탐토 C 반응단백재잉부자간전기급질병엄중정도적상관성。방법：2008년1월지2012년12월잉28주이상재본원주원적정상건강잉부43례、경도자간전기43례、중도자간전기43례，용평균동맥압화단백뇨반응병정적엄중정도，측정혈청 C 반응단백수치。결과：자간전기잉부혈청 C 반응단백비정상건강잉부명현승고，중도자간전기비경도자간전기 C 반응단백명현승고。
Objective:To investigate c -reactive protein in preeclampsia and its associations with the severity of the disease .Methods:This study included 43 cases women with healthy pregnant, 43 cases women with mild preeclampsia ,43 cases women with severe preeclampsia . They were selected in the third trimester of pregnancy in the hospital , from January 2008 to December 2012 .Mean diastolic pressure and level of proteinuria were used as indicators of the severity of the disease .Results:There were significant corretation between serum c-reactive protein and diastolic blood pressure .we showed high levels of c-reactive protein in women with preeclampsia comparion with healthy pregnants .Severe preeclmpsia had higher levels of c-reactive protein than mild preeclmpsia .Thus elevated serum levels of C-reactive protein in preeclampsia women are correlated with severity of disease .
