为了弥补现有桥式混匀取料机机械式传动系统的缺点,根据现场设备工作的特点和要求,提出了改造液压系统的初步方案,并设计了液压系统的原理图,然后利用AMESim软件对系统进行了仿真分析,证明了系统的合理性与可靠性,为下一步对系统进行优化和改进提供了参考。
為瞭瀰補現有橋式混勻取料機機械式傳動繫統的缺點,根據現場設備工作的特點和要求,提齣瞭改造液壓繫統的初步方案,併設計瞭液壓繫統的原理圖,然後利用AMESim軟件對繫統進行瞭倣真分析,證明瞭繫統的閤理性與可靠性,為下一步對繫統進行優化和改進提供瞭參攷。

In order to overcome the existing shortcomings in the mechanical transmission system of a bridge barrel blending re-claimer,an initial reform program of the hydraulic system was proposed,according to the characteristics and requirements of this device worked on site.Also the design of the hydraulic system was built,then the system was analyzed with simulation from using AMESim software.The reliability and rationality of the system are verified,which is a reference to provide for optimization and improvement to the system further.
