目的：观察急性脑出血患者血清心肌酶谱、血糖水平的变化，探讨其与预后的相关性。方法收集急性脑出血患者120例作为观察组，纳入同时期健康志愿者60例作为对照组，比较2组患者间血清心肌酶谱、血糖水平；再将120例急性脑出血患者分别按心肌酶水平和血糖水平分为心肌酶正常组和心肌酶升高组、血糖正常组和血糖升高组，比较入组时和治疗3、6个月后组间神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS）。结果急性脑出血患者血清AST、LDH、CK及CK-MB水平显著高于正常人群，其空腹血糖水平也显著高于正常人群（ P＜0.05）。心肌酶升高和血糖升高的急性脑出血患者入组时和治疗3、6个月后NIHSS评分显著高于心肌酶和血糖正常者。结论急性脑出血患者血清心肌酶谱、血糖水平高于正常人群，其水平高低与预后呈正相关。
목적：관찰급성뇌출혈환자혈청심기매보、혈당수평적변화，탐토기여예후적상관성。방법수집급성뇌출혈환자120례작위관찰조，납입동시기건강지원자60례작위대조조，비교2조환자간혈청심기매보、혈당수평；재장120례급성뇌출혈환자분별안심기매수평화혈당수평분위심기매정상조화심기매승고조、혈당정상조화혈당승고조，비교입조시화치료3、6개월후조간신경공능결손평분（NIHSS）。결과급성뇌출혈환자혈청AST、LDH、CK급CK-MB수평현저고우정상인군，기공복혈당수평야현저고우정상인군（ P＜0.05）。심기매승고화혈당승고적급성뇌출혈환자입조시화치료3、6개월후NIHSS평분현저고우심기매화혈당정상자。결론급성뇌출혈환자혈청심기매보、혈당수평고우정상인군，기수평고저여예후정정상관。
Objective To study the diversification of serum myocardial enzymes and blood glucose levels on patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage ,and explore its correlation with prognosis .Methods Qne hundred and twenty patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were selected as observation group ,and 60 healthy volunteers at the same time were selected as the control group ,then the serum myocardial enzymes and blood glucose levels of two groups were compared .The 120 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were divided into normal cardiac enzymes group and cardiac enzymes elevated group ,normal blood sugar group and blood sugar elevated group ,then the difference of NIHSS scores between these groups before and after 3 ,6 months treatment were compared .Results The serum levels of AST ,LDH ,CK and CK-MB of observation group were all obviously higher than those of control group ,and the fasting blood glucose level was higher than that of control group ,all P<0 .05 .The NIHSS scores of cardiac enzymes elevated group and blood sugar elevated group were significantly higher than normal cardiac enzymes group and normal blood sugar group .Conclusion The serum myocardial enzymes and blood glucose levels of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage are higher than healthy volunteers ,the level is positively correlated with prognosis .
