为了对气雾冷却过程进行在线自动控制,针对某中厚板厂的气雾冷却装置,开发了一套气雾冷却控制模型及在线控制系统。在对冷却过程做传热分析及充分考虑边界条件的基础上建立气雾冷却模型,并根据气雾冷却的生产流程及设备特点,开发了自动控制系统。该套模型和控制系统已应用到某中板厂生产现场,应用结果表明,该系统实现了气雾冷却的在线自动控制,冷却速度和温度控制精度达到工艺要求。
為瞭對氣霧冷卻過程進行在線自動控製,針對某中厚闆廠的氣霧冷卻裝置,開髮瞭一套氣霧冷卻控製模型及在線控製繫統。在對冷卻過程做傳熱分析及充分攷慮邊界條件的基礎上建立氣霧冷卻模型,併根據氣霧冷卻的生產流程及設備特點,開髮瞭自動控製繫統。該套模型和控製繫統已應用到某中闆廠生產現場,應用結果錶明,該繫統實現瞭氣霧冷卻的在線自動控製,冷卻速度和溫度控製精度達到工藝要求。

In order to online control air-mist cooling device,an air-mist cooling control model and a set of online control system have been developed for an air-mist cooling device in a heavy plate plant. With the analysis of the cooling process and the investigation of the boundary conditions,the cooling model has been built. Based on the production process of air-mist cooling and the feature of air-mist cooling device,a set of automatic control system has been built. The model and the system have been applied to a heavy plate plant,the results show that the need of online automatic control is satisfied, and the cooling rate and the temperature precision expected are reached.
