针对数控程序编写以及数控仿真时切削参数的优化问题,根据最优化思想,构建数控铣削加工的数学模型,应用遗传算法与模拟退火算法相结合的混合遗传算法及MATLAB工具对切削参数进行优化,并用实验验证其对提高数控机床加工效率和降低加工成本的可行性。
針對數控程序編寫以及數控倣真時切削參數的優化問題,根據最優化思想,構建數控鐉削加工的數學模型,應用遺傳算法與模擬退火算法相結閤的混閤遺傳算法及MATLAB工具對切削參數進行優化,併用實驗驗證其對提高數控機床加工效率和降低加工成本的可行性。

Aimed at the optimization of cutting parameters problem in numerical control (NC)programming and NC simulation, according to the most optimization idea,the NC milling mathematical model was built.The cutting parameters by MATLAB tools and a hybrid genetic algorithm (GA)combined by genetic algorithms and simulated annealing (SA)were optimized.By using experiments, it verifies the feasibility and the improvement of the efficiency of CNC machining,as well as reducing cost.
