高速铣削加工技术在制造业中应用广泛,为了快捷、全面地获取其表面质量的加工工艺特性,设计了L9(34)多因素正交试验,在此基础上结合灰色理论小样本、简单与神经网络非线性超强的特性,建立了灰色神经组合模型,试验证明该模型具有精确的拟合精度和理想的泛化能力,为高速铣削加工工艺的仿真研究提供了一条新的途径。

High-speed milling has been widely applied in the manufacturing industry.The orthogonal experiment of multivariate factors L9 (34 )was designed in order to acquire processing characteristics of surface quality efficiently and entirely.Based on this,a grey neural network combinational model was established by combining small sample of grey theory,simple and super strong character-istics of neural network non-linearity.Experimental results show that the model has accurate fitting precision and perfect generalization ability,which will provide a way to further simulation research of high-speed milling technics.
