利用植物离体培养和遗传转化技术进行辣椒植株性状改良,培育新品种,可以克服物种间基因交流障碍,并且性状改良针对性强、目的明确,具有较高的研究价值和应用价值。本文对辣椒离体培养中营养器官与合子胚外植体体胚发生途径进行了综述,讨论了外植体种类、基础培养基、植物生长调节剂及其他添加物质、培养条件和预处理以及外源基因等对体胚发生的影响,并对今后的研究进行了展望。

Application of plant in vitro tissue culture and genetic transformation technology can improve plant characteristics,help breeding new varieties and overcome barriers for gene exchange be-tween species.And this kind of characteristics improvement has good pertinence and clear objective, thus having higher value both for research and application.This paper presents the research progress on pepper(Capsicum annuum L.)nutritive organs and zygotic embryo explants in vitro culture.It also discusses about the species of explants,basal media,plant growth regulators and other added substance,culture condition,pretreatments,and the effect of exogenous genes on somatic embryo. Moreover,the paper carries out prospection for future research activity.
