试验旨在研究日粮中单独添加小肽和半胱胺或复合添加替代抗生素对断奶仔猪生产性能、养分表观消化率以及血液激素指标的影响。试验选取96头21日龄断奶、体重相近的“杜×长×大”三元断奶仔猪,随机分为4个处理组,每组设3个重复,每个重复栏8头猪(公、母各半)。对照组(A组)饲喂基础日粮+抗生素(抗敌素100 mg/kg+杆菌肽锌50 mg/kg);B组添加3%小肽的日粮,日粮营养水平和基础日粮一致;C组为基础日粮+120 mg/kg半胱胺;D组为B组日粮+半胱胺120 mg/kg。结果表明,与抗生素对照组(A组)相比,日粮中分别添加半胱胺和小肽,可一定程度上提高断奶仔猪生产性能,改善日增重和采食量。二者同时使用,日增重和采食量都有显著增加,日粮粗蛋白表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05),料重比也有一定程度的下降,腹泻也有减少。添加半胱胺或半胱胺和小肽同时添加,可显著提高血清中GH、T3和T4水平,降低血清生长抑素和胰岛素水平(P<0.05)。试验表明,半胱胺和小肽或二者复合添加可替代抗生素用于断奶仔猪饲料中,达到促生长的效果。

시험지재연구일량중단독첨가소태화반광알혹복합첨가체대항생소대단내자저생산성능、양분표관소화솔이급혈액격소지표적영향。시험선취96두21일령단내、체중상근적“두×장×대”삼원단내자저,수궤분위4개처리조,매조설3개중복,매개중복란8두저(공、모각반)。대조조(A조)사위기출일량+항생소(항활소100 mg/kg+간균태자50 mg/kg);B조첨가3%소태적일량,일량영양수평화기출일량일치;C조위기출일량+120 mg/kg반광알;D조위B조일량+반광알120 mg/kg。결과표명,여항생소대조조(A조)상비,일량중분별첨가반광알화소태,가일정정도상제고단내자저생산성능,개선일증중화채식량。이자동시사용,일증중화채식량도유현저증가,일량조단백표관소화솔현저제고(P<0.05),료중비야유일정정도적하강,복사야유감소。첨가반광알혹반광알화소태동시첨가,가현저제고혈청중GH、T3화T4수평,강저혈청생장억소화이도소수평(P<0.05)。시험표명,반광알화소태혹이자복합첨가가체대항생소용우단내자저사료중,체도촉생장적효과。
The trial was to study the effects of cysteamine (CS) or/and small peptides (SP) substitution for antibiotics on performance, nutrient apparent digestibility and serum hormone levels of weanling piglets. Ninety six newborn Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire crossbred health piglets weaned at the age of 21 d were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates in each group and eight piglets in each replicate(four gilts and four barrows). The piglets in Control group (A), Group B , Group C and Group D were fed with the basal diet+antibiotic (colistin 100 mg/kg+zinc bacitracin 50 mg/kg), basal diet +3% small peptides (same nutrition levels as basic diet) ,basal diet+120 mg/kg CS, B group diet+120 mg/kg CS respectively. The results showed that the diets supplemented with CS or SP could improve the performance and had a trend of increasing average body weight gain and average feed intake in the weaned pigs to some extent(P>0.05). CS and SP added simultaneously could significantly improve average daily gain, average feed intake and apparent digestibility of crude protein(P<0.05). CS or CS and SP addition sig-nificantly improved GH, T3 and T4 levels, re-duced SS and insulin levels in the serum(P<0.05). CS or addition of CS and SP could sub-stitute for antibiotic in weaned piglets, and achieve the growth promoting effects.
