针对抑制印刷电路板中电源平面与接地平面之间的同步开关噪声问题,提出了一种新型的二维电磁带隙结构(BS EBG)。这一新型结构的设计基于在正方形金属贴片的四角刻蚀出折线型缝隙以降低贴片的有效电容,应用折线以增加相邻贴片的有效电感,单元晶格由折线与含有缝隙的正方形金属贴片桥接构成。仿真分析结果表明:相比于同参数的Z-bridged EBG电磁带隙结构,当抑制深度定义为-30 dB时,BS EBG结构阻带范围从220 MHz到超过20 GHz,相对带宽增加了约15%,阻带下限截止频率降低了110 MHz。

Aiming at the problem of restraining the synchronous switch noise between the power plane and the ground plane in printed circuit board,a new 2-D electromagnetic band gap(EBG)structure is proposed,which is based on etching the fold gap on the corners of the square metal patch to reduce the effective capacitance. The fold is used to increase the effective capaci-tance of the adjacent patch. The unit lattice is made up of the fold and square metal patches with gap. The simulation results indicate that compared to the Z-bridged EBG structure with the same parameters,the stop band range of BS EBG is from 220 MHz to over 20 GHz when inhibition depth is -30 dB,and the relative bandwidth is increased by about 15%,the lower-cut-off frequency is decreased by 110 MHz.
