根据投影机和照相机的光学成像原理,借用双目测量系统的标定方法搭建了一套测量精度高、标定过程自动化的基于数字条纹的三维形貌测量系统,并采用最新的相位展开技术用较少的条纹图像完成相位展开,通过对人脸石膏像进行测量实验,验证了系统模型和测量方法的正确性。

According to the principle of optical imaging of projector and camera,a three-dimensional profile measuring sys-tem based on digital fringe is constructed by using the calibration method of binocular vision measuring system,which has the advantages of automated calibration and high accuracy. The newest phase unwrapping method which uses less fringe patterns is employed. Experiments on a plaster human head model are conducted to confirm the system model and the measuring method.
