针对气象观测资料时效性、真实性和准确性的特殊需求,为了保证省内气象地面通信传输通道时刻畅通和气象业务高效稳定运行,结合河北省气象地面通信网络的现状,提出了利用3G网络来实现省内地面通信备份线路的方案,并详细做了BFD方案、3G路由器并网接入及省中心接入交换机访问控制的设计与实验,得到基于3G无线VPDN网络完全可以实现省内地面通信传输通道的结论,为气象业务高效稳定的运行提供了保障。

In view of the special needs of the meteorological observation data timeliness,authenticity and accuracy,a scheme using the 3G network to realize the ground communication backup line within Hebei Province is proposed in combination with the present situation of the Hebei Province meteorological ground communication network to ensure the stability and high-efficiency running of Hebei Province meteorological ground communication transmission. The design and experiment of BFD scheme,3G router grid connection and access control of provincial central access switch were done. A conclusion that the province ground communication transmission channel can be completely realized on the basis of 3G wireless VPDN network is obtained in this paper. It provides a guarantee for the efficient and stable operation of the meteorological service.
