为了研究电网对风电的接纳能力,根据冬季典型日的热、电负荷以及风电出力特性,提出一种独立电网中含热电机组、纯凝机组和风电机组等电源结构的热、电负荷优化分配方案,并根据优化结果研究了热负荷对风电消纳率的影响。在对煤电机组中的纯凝机组和抽凝式机组分别建模的基础上,构建了一种电负荷由全网机组平衡、热负荷由各热电厂就地平衡,以发电煤耗最小为目标函数,且对风电弃风进行惩罚的节能调度模型。算例分析结果表明,热负荷变化将引起系统优化调度、风电消纳率发生变化。

In order to study the power grid’s acceptance ability of the wind power, according to thermal and electrical load as well as wind power output characteristics of typical day in winter, this paper proposes an optimal heat and electricity load distribution plan for power structure in independent grid containing thermoelectric units, the pure condensing turbine and wind turbine units, and studies the effect of the heat load on the wind power accommodation rate according to the optimization results. Based on modeling on the pure condensing unit and condensate pumping unit of coal units, this paper constructs an energy-saving scheduling model with an objective function of minimum coal consumption. In this model, electrical load is balanced by the whole network units, the heat load is balanced by each thermal power plant on the spot, and the abandoned wind is punished. Example analysis results show that the change of heat load will lead to the change of the system optimization scheduling and wind power accommodation rate.
