本文针对电机故障诊断提出了一种解调方法。首先,对复杂信号进行经验模式分解,得到若干个本征分量,再对包含调制信号的本征分量进行包络解调以提取故障信息。该方法可实现故障信息的有效分离,提高了诊断信号的信噪比,为基于信号分析的故障诊断提供了一种可行的途径。

A new demodulation method is proposed for fault diagnosis of motor, The complex signal is decomposed into several intrinsic mode functions by empirical mode decomposition, and the fault information is extracted from the intrinsic mode functions containing modulated signals by envelope demodulation, whick then is effectively separated, thereby the signal to noise ratio of diagnosis signal is improved obviously, The method is suitab 1e for the fault diagnosis based on signal analysis.
