目的：探讨一种新术式--肝包虫病外膜内剥除术治疗肝包虫病的疗效。方法2010年2月至2012年12月我院收治肝包虫病患者48例，经影像学确诊，采用包虫病外膜内剥除术治疗。结果临床治疗满意，术后无胆漏、出血及残腔感染等并发症，平均手术后9 d治愈出院，随访12个月无复发。结论肝包虫外膜内剥除术治疗包虫病是一种合理而可行的手术，创伤小，出血少，复发低，恢复快，可完整剥除病灶，一次性根治肝包虫病。减少并发症，降低费用提高患者的生活质量，具有良好的临床应用价值。
목적：탐토일충신술식--간포충병외막내박제술치료간포충병적료효。방법2010년2월지2012년12월아원수치간포충병환자48례，경영상학학진，채용포충병외막내박제술치료。결과림상치료만의，술후무담루、출혈급잔강감염등병발증，평균수술후9 d치유출원，수방12개월무복발。결론간포충외막내박제술치료포충병시일충합리이가행적수술，창상소，출혈소，복발저，회복쾌，가완정박제병조，일차성근치간포충병。감소병발증，강저비용제고환자적생활질량，구유량호적림상응용개치。
Objective To investigate the efifcacy of a new technique for treatment of hepatic hydatid disease-subadventitial cystectomy in patients with hepatic hydatid disease. Method 48 cases of patients with hepatic hydatid disease which were conifrmed by imaging from February 2010 to December 2012 were treated by subadventitial cystectomy of hepatic hydatid disease. Results No postoperative complications such as biliary ifstula, bleeding or infection of residual cavity were found and all patients were recovered at the average duration of 9 days after treatment and no recurrence in the follow-up 12 months. Conclusion Subadventitial cystectomy of hepatic hydatid disease is a reasonable and feasible surgical technique, which can strip the lesions completely and cure the disease just for once in less trauma with less blood loss, lower rate of recurrence and faster recovery. So, the treatment method has good clinical value for reducing the complications and the costs while improving the quality of life of patients.
