目的：探讨以痫性发作为首发症状的急性脑血管病的临床特点。方法回顾性分析我院2010年3月至2013年3月收治的55例首发症状为痫性发作的急性脑血管病患者的临床资料。结果是否以痫性发作为首发症状与急性脑血管病类型无明显关系（P>0.05）；以痫性发作为首发症状的急性脑血管病病变多累及皮层或为多灶病变；以痫性发作为首发症状死亡5例，病死率为9.09%，未以痫性发作为首发症状的患者死亡47例，病死率为1.99%；差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论各种急性脑血管病患者均可以痫性发作作为首发症状，且这部分患者病死率较普通脑血管病更高。
목적：탐토이간성발작위수발증상적급성뇌혈관병적림상특점。방법회고성분석아원2010년3월지2013년3월수치적55례수발증상위간성발작적급성뇌혈관병환자적림상자료。결과시부이간성발작위수발증상여급성뇌혈관병류형무명현관계（P>0.05）；이간성발작위수발증상적급성뇌혈관병병변다루급피층혹위다조병변；이간성발작위수발증상사망5례，병사솔위9.09%，미이간성발작위수발증상적환자사망47례，병사솔위1.99%；차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론각충급성뇌혈관병환자균가이간성발작작위수발증상，차저부분환자병사솔교보통뇌혈관병경고。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of acute cerebrovascular disease with seizures as the ifrst symptom. Methods The clinical data of 55 patients that had acute cerebrovascular disease with seizures as the ifrst symptom and treated from March 2010 to March 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among seizures as the ifrst symptom, the differences of cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral embolism and cerebral infarction had no statistically signiifcant (P>0.05). Conclusion Acute cerebrovascular can happen with seizures as the ifrst symptom, and the patients have higher mortality.
