目的:研究胰腺癌组织端粒酶逆转录酶(hTERT)的表达与临床病理的关系。方法回顾性分析我院在2009年6月至2014年2月间收治的46例胰腺癌患者的临床资料,对胰腺癌病灶大小、具体部位与临床分明、组织分级进行描述。利用SABC免疫组化,对hTERT表达进行检测。同时取46例患者癌旁组织进行对照。结果经研究发现,患者肿瘤部位和hTERT表达无关联(P>0.05)。通过对胰腺癌患者胰腺组织观察可得知,有39例患者呈现hTERT表达为阳性,阳性率为84.8%,在癌旁组织中,有12例标本呈现为阳性,阳性率为26.1%。hTERT表达在临床分期中具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其在Ⅰ期的hTERT表达阳性率最低,明显低于Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期。它与肿瘤分级、大小、位置无关联。结论人端粒酶逆转录酶在胰腺癌组织中表达较高,它的表达与肿瘤临床分期有很大关联,这表明hTERT表达在肿瘤组织与癌旁组织中的表达差异非常大。

목적:연구이선암조직단립매역전록매(hTERT)적표체여림상병리적관계。방법회고성분석아원재2009년6월지2014년2월간수치적46례이선암환자적림상자료,대이선암병조대소、구체부위여림상분명、조직분급진행묘술。이용SABC면역조화,대hTERT표체진행검측。동시취46례환자암방조직진행대조。결과경연구발현,환자종류부위화hTERT표체무관련(P>0.05)。통과대이선암환자이선조직관찰가득지,유39례환자정현hTERT표체위양성,양성솔위84.8%,재암방조직중,유12례표본정현위양성,양성솔위26.1%。hTERT표체재림상분기중구유통계학의의(P<0.05),기재Ⅰ기적hTERT표체양성솔최저,명현저우Ⅲ기화Ⅳ기。타여종류분급、대소、위치무관련。결론인단립매역전록매재이선암조직중표체교고,타적표체여종류림상분기유흔대관련,저표명hTERT표체재종류조직여암방조직중적표체차이비상대。
Objective Research on pancreatic cancer telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) expression and clinical pathologic relationship. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from June 2009 to February 2014 were clinical data of 46 cases of patients with pancreatic cancer, on pancreatic cancer lesion size, site and clinical grading, organization clearly described. Using SABC immunohistochemistry, the expression of hTERT for testing. At the same time take 46 patients with tissue adjacent to carcinoma were compared. Results The study found that patients with tumor site and expression of hTERT unrelated (P>0.05). Through the observation of patients with pancreatic cancer in the pancreas, 39 patients present expression of hTERT positive, positive rate was 84.8%, in the tissue adjacent to carcinoma, 12 cases with specimen appears as positive, positive rate was 26.1%. Expression of hTERT in clinical stage statistically signiifcant (P<0.05), and its expression of hTERT positive rate in stageⅠ, the lowest signiifcantly below itsⅢandⅣ. It has to do with tumor grade, size,location. Conclusion Human telomerase reverse transcriptase in pancreatic cancer tissues is higher, its expression associated with tumor has a great clinical stage, indicating that hTERT expression in tumor tissue and the expression of tissue adjacent to carcinoma difference is very big.
