微小RNA (miRNA)是一类在进化上高度保守的非编码小分子单链RNA(~22个核苷酸),在基因表达调控中发挥至关重要的作用。不同临床分型的冠心病中,循环miRNA表达谱存在明显差异,提示循环miRNA可能成为一类具有冠心病诊断价值的新型生物标志物。本文主要就用于诊断冠心病的循环miRNA研究进展做一综述,为miRNA作为新一代诊断冠心病的生物标志物提供依据。

MicroRNA (miRNA) are highly conserved, non-coding, short, single-chain RNA (~22 nt), and play essential roles in regulating gene expression. Many studies have shown that circulating miRNA profiles are significantly varied in different clinical types of coronary artery disease (CAD), which indicates that miRNA may be a new kind of diagnostic biomarker for CAD. In this paper, the research progress in circulating miRNA in diagnosing CAD was reviewed, so as to provide a basis for their application as promising diagnostic biomarker for CAD.
