目的:探讨IL-2、IL-1β、IL-10和TNF2在慢性阻塞性肺病( COPD)患者发病机制中的作用及意义。方法应用放射免疫法对40例COPD患者进行了血清IL-2、IL-1β、IL-10和TNF2水平测定,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果 COPD患者在治疗前血清IL-2、IL-10水平显著低于正常人组(P<0.01),而IL-1β、TNF2水平又显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),经治疗2周后与正常人的比较仍差异有显著性(P<0.05),血清IL-2水平与IL-10水平呈正相关(r值分别为0.4902,P值均小于0.01),与IL-1β、TNF2水平呈显著负相关(r值分别为-0.5184,-0.6028,P值均小于<0.01)。结论细胞因子参与COPD的气道炎症过程,观察细胞因子水平的变化可作为监测病情观测疗效和预后判定的重要指标之一。

목적:탐토IL-2、IL-1β、IL-10화TNF2재만성조새성폐병( COPD)환자발병궤제중적작용급의의。방법응용방사면역법대40례COPD환자진행료혈청IL-2、IL-1β、IL-10화TNF2수평측정,병여35명정상건강인작비교。결과 COPD환자재치료전혈청IL-2、IL-10수평현저저우정상인조(P<0.01),이IL-1β、TNF2수평우현저지고우정상인조(P<0.01),경치료2주후여정상인적비교잉차이유현저성(P<0.05),혈청IL-2수평여IL-10수평정정상관(r치분별위0.4902,P치균소우0.01),여IL-1β、TNF2수평정현저부상관(r치분별위-0.5184,-0.6028,P치균소우<0.01)。결론세포인자삼여COPD적기도염증과정,관찰세포인자수평적변화가작위감측병정관측료효화예후판정적중요지표지일。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of serum IL-2,IL-1β,IL-10 and TNF-2 levels in pa-tients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (POCD).Methods 40 cases of COPD patients were tested in terms of their serum IL-2,IL-1β,IL-10 and TNF2 levels,using radioimmunoassay (RIA),and the results were compared with those of 35 healthy controls .Results Before treatment , serum IL-2 and IL-10 levels in the COPD patients were significantly lower than those in the controls(P<0.01) while serum IL-1βand TNF2 levels were significantly higher (P<0.01).Two weeks after treatment, the difference was still significant compared with the controls (P<0.05).Serum IL-2 level was positively correlated with IL-10 level(r=0.4902,P<0.01) but negatively correlated with IF-βand TNF2 levels (r=-0.5184,-0.6028,P<0.01).Conclusion Cytokines may participate in the process of air passage inflammation .Changes of cytokines levels may be viewed as one of important indexes for monitoring disease conditions and evaluating therapeutic effect and prognosis .
