建立医用硬性内窥镜角分辨力的评定基础和方法，对医用硬性内窥镜光学系统分辨物体细节的能力，是一个很重要的指标参数。由此，也可以用角分辨力来作为光学系统的成像质量评价方法。运用光学原理并结合YY 0068.1-2008《医用内窥镜硬性内窥镜第1部分：光学性能及测试方法》和ISO 8600-5：2005《光学和光电技术医用内窥镜和内治疗设备第5部分：硬性光学内窥镜光学分辨力的测定》（英文版）中对角分辨力的定义原则，对医用硬性内窥镜的角分辨力进行公式推导和测试。本文建立的角分辨力评定基础和方法适用于医用硬性内窥镜的标准应用。
