为建立铀矿山生态环境安全评价模型,对我国铀矿山生态环境进行有效评价,选取了我国几个典型铀矿山的生态环境监测数据进行研究,综合分析影响铀矿山生态环境安全的大气、水、土壤、生态补偿等各项指标。应用广义线性理论和SAS统计分析方法,建立基于GLM的铀矿山生态环境安全评价模型。通过计算各项指标的对应等级的生态环境安全的影响权重ω?ij ,得出整体铀矿山的生态环境安全度CEI。研究表明:该模型依据标准整理数据,操作性强,能较准确地得出铀矿山的生态安全度,为铀矿山生态环境安全评价和管理决策提供依据。

In order to establish an evaluation model for effectively assessing the eco-environmental security of uranium mines in China, several typical uranium mines were chosen for ecological environmental data monitoring, so as to make a comprehensive analysis on indicators impacting the ecological environment of uranium mine, including atmospheric environment, water, soil, ecological compensation. Generalized linear model theory and SAS statistical analysis method, have been adopted to establish a GLM-based evaluation model for assessing the eco-environmental security of uranium mines. After deciding the weight ω?ij of indicators in their impact on ecological environment, the composite evaluation index(CEI) for the eco-environmental security of uranium mine was obtained. It can be concluded from the research that such evaluation model, being viable in operation, can result in an accurate CEI for eco-environmental security of uranium mine based on standard data, providing an effective evaluation and basis of management decision for those uranium mine.
