目的 探讨心理干预对眼科局麻手术患者的影响.方法 眼科局麻手术320例随机分为两组,观察组160例采用心理干预模式,对照组160例采用常规模式.记录术前、术后焦虑值,术前、术中及术后15 min血压、心率的变化情况.结果 手术后观察组患者焦虑值低于对照组(t=5.257,P=0.006),在手术中与手术后观察组患者血压、心率低于对照组(P =0.000 ～0.039),差异均有统计学意义.结论 心理干预可以缓解眼科局麻手术患者的紧张情绪,能有效改善患者的心理状态,保持病人的血压、心率平稳,增强其耐受力,降低手术应激反应,有利于手术顺利进行.
目的 探討心理榦預對眼科跼痳手術患者的影響.方法 眼科跼痳手術320例隨機分為兩組,觀察組160例採用心理榦預模式,對照組160例採用常規模式.記錄術前、術後焦慮值,術前、術中及術後15 min血壓、心率的變化情況.結果 手術後觀察組患者焦慮值低于對照組(t=5.257,P=0.006),在手術中與手術後觀察組患者血壓、心率低于對照組(P =0.000 ～0.039),差異均有統計學意義.結論 心理榦預可以緩解眼科跼痳手術患者的緊張情緒,能有效改善患者的心理狀態,保持病人的血壓、心率平穩,增彊其耐受力,降低手術應激反應,有利于手術順利進行.
목적 탐토심리간예대안과국마수술환자적영향.방법 안과국마수술320례수궤분위량조,관찰조160례채용심리간예모식,대조조160례채용상규모식.기록술전、술후초필치,술전、술중급술후15 min혈압、심솔적변화정황.결과 수술후관찰조환자초필치저우대조조(t=5.257,P=0.006),재수술중여수술후관찰조환자혈압、심솔저우대조조(P =0.000 ～0.039),차이균유통계학의의.결론 심리간예가이완해안과국마수술환자적긴장정서,능유효개선환자적심리상태,보지병인적혈압、심솔평은,증강기내수력,강저수술응격반응,유리우수술순리진행.
Objective To investigate the influence of psychological intervention in ophthalmic surgery patients with local anesthesia.Methods 320 cases of ophthalmic surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group which has 160 cases uses the model of psychological intervention.The control group covers 160 cases which were used normal mode.And the preoperative and postoperative anxiety values,the change of blood pressure and heart rate were recorded at the preoperative time,intraoperative time and 15 minutes postoperatively.Results The patients' postoperative anxiety value was lower than the control group (t =5.257,P =0.006).The blood pressure,heart rate of patients in experimental group were also lower than that of the control group (P =0.000 ～ 0.039),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Psychological intervention can relieve the tension of ophthalmic surgery patients with local anesthesia,effectively improve the patient' s mental state,and keep the patient' s blood pressure and heart rate smoothly.Meanwhile,it is helpful for operation that the psychological intervention enhances their tolerance and reduces the surgical stress response.
