目的：探讨临床护理路径在鼻息肉切除术患者中的应用效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院拟行鼻息肉切除术患者90例，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，各45例。观察组采用临床护理路径，对照组采用常规护理，对比两组患者住院时间、住院费用及患者满意度。结果：观察组患者平均住院时间、住院费用均少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：临床护理路径提高鼻息肉切除术患者满意度，有效改善护理质量，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토림상호리로경재비식육절제술환자중적응용효과。방법：선취필자소재의원의행비식육절제술환자90례，채용수궤수자표법장기분위관찰조화대조조，각45례。관찰조채용림상호리로경，대조조채용상규호리，대비량조환자주원시간、주원비용급환자만의도。결과：관찰조환자평균주원시간、주원비용균소우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；관찰조환자만의도고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：림상호리로경제고비식육절제술환자만의도，유효개선호리질량，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To explore the effect of clinical nursing path in patients with nasal polypectomy.Method:90 patients with nasal polypectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group containing 45 patients respectively. Patients in the observation group received clinical nursing path,while patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing. To compared the length of hospital stays,costs and satisfaction degree between two groups.Result:Observation group of patients are less than the average length of hospital stay,hospital expenses in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);observation group of patients satisfaction is higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Clinical nursing pathway to improve nasal polyps resection patients satisfaction,effectively improve the nursing quality,worthy of clinical promotion.
