针对目前大跨度PC箱梁在施工过程中出现的水化热温度场导致出现裂缝现象,结合实际工程,综合考虑混凝土密度,比热容,热传导系数的温度时变效应,建立MIDAS/FEA水化热预测模型。对PC箱梁水化热温度场进行空间数值仿真,并与实测数据对比,预测施工水化热温度裂缝,提出温度裂缝控制方法。该成果对河北该地区大跨度箱梁桥施工具有一定的参考价值。

In order to investigate the earlier temperature crack phenomenon of pier-on mass for concrete box girder during construction caused by hydration heat temperature,establishing the MIDAS/FEA model of the hydration heat. For PC box girder space hydration heat temperature field numerical simulation, and compared with the measured data,predict the construction hydration heat temperature crack, temperature crack control methods are put forward. The results of large span box girder bridge construction in the region have a certain reference value in Hebei province.
