针对温州城乡统筹工作现状，分析研究农房集聚过程中所遇到的问题及其对城乡统筹发展的影响。农房集聚是个系统工程，综合考虑自然、社会、经济等因素，提出农房集聚工作的对策，主要包括合理规划、完善土地流转、强化监督机制、加大财政投入、广辟融资渠道、提高职业技能、运用税收手段、精神文明建设。
針對溫州城鄉統籌工作現狀，分析研究農房集聚過程中所遇到的問題及其對城鄉統籌髮展的影響。農房集聚是箇繫統工程，綜閤攷慮自然、社會、經濟等因素，提齣農房集聚工作的對策，主要包括閤理規劃、完善土地流轉、彊化鑑督機製、加大財政投入、廣闢融資渠道、提高職業技能、運用稅收手段、精神文明建設。

This paper analyses the problems of farmhouse concentration and the influence of these problems with the present situation of the Coordinated Urban and Rural Development. The concentration of farmhouse is system engineering relating to natural, social, economic and others. The result of study shows that the way to the concentration of farmhouse includes the following: reasonable planning, complete the land transfer, strengthening supervision mechanism, increasing financial support, widening financing channels, improving vocational skills, use tax policies, and promoting spiritual civilization.
