在英语听力学习过程中，语言焦虑是决定学生们能否提高英语听力水平的重要因素，也是最具影响力的情感变量之一，特别是对艺术类专业学生。因此，本文作者拟从自身教学实践出发，尝试分析焦虑情绪对艺术类专业大学生英语听力的影响，探讨引起焦虑的原因，并针对这一现象提出相应的教学方法及应对措施。

In the learning of English listening, language anxiety is an important factor determining whether students' listening ability can be improved, and is also one of the most influential affective variables, and it is especially important for art majors. Starting from the writer's own teaching practice, the influence of anxiety on college art majors' English listening and the causes of anxiety are analyzed in this paper, and corresponding teaching methods and coping strategies are also proposed in response to the phe-nomenon.
