目的：探讨腹腔镜下阴式子宫全切术在手术治疗妇科疾病中的应用价值。方法：选取本院2012年9月-2013年6月因妇科疾病行子宫全切治疗的50例女性患者，按不同治疗方式随机将其分为对照组27例和试验组23例，对照组采用传统开腹子宫全切除治疗，试验组采用腹腔镜下阴式子宫全切除治疗，比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门恢复排气时间、住院时间及并发症发生率的差异。结果：试验组平均出血量、肛门排气时间和住院时间均明显少于对照组，且试验组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除术安全有效，能显著减少术中出血量，术后恢复快，住院时间短，值得在临床推广应用。
목적：탐토복강경하음식자궁전절술재수술치료부과질병중적응용개치。방법：선취본원2012년9월-2013년6월인부과질병행자궁전절치료적50례녀성환자，안불동치료방식수궤장기분위대조조27례화시험조23례，대조조채용전통개복자궁전절제치료，시험조채용복강경하음식자궁전절제치료，비교량조환자적수술시간、술중출혈량、술후항문회복배기시간、주원시간급병발증발생솔적차이。결과：시험조평균출혈량、항문배기시간화주원시간균명현소우대조조，차시험조술후병발증발생솔명현저우대조조，비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：복강경보조하음식자궁절제술안전유효，능현저감소술중출혈량，술후회복쾌，주원시간단，치득재림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the application of laparoscopy vaginal hysterectomy in the surgical treatment of gynecological diseases. Method:Fifty patients who were treated with laparoscopy assisted vaginal hysterectomy in our hospital from September 2012 to June 2013 were selected. They were divided into the control group for 27 cases and the experimental group for 23 cases according to the different treatment method.The control group was treated with abdominal hysterectomy,the experimental group was treated with laparoscopy vaginal hysterectomy.The operative time,blood loss, postoperative recovery anal exhaust time,hospitalization time and complication rates of two groups were compared.Result:The bleeding volume,the exhaust time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were less than that of the control group,the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy is safe and effective.It can significantly reduce blood loss,rapid postoperative recovery and shorten hospital stay,which is worthy of clinical widely.
