目的：观察分析经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生的临床效果。方法：选取本院2010年12月-2012年12月收治的60例经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：60例患者均成功完成了手术，手术时间为（65.5±23.6）min，出血量为（320.4±95.3）mL，术后患者的国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）及生活质量评分（QOL）较治疗前有明显下降，最大尿流率（Qmax）较治疗前有明显升高，残余尿量（PUV）较治疗前有明显减少，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。术后发生尿潴留者5例，发生尿路感染者3例，并发症发生率为13.3%，无死亡病例。结论：经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生有着良好的临床效果，术后恢复快，并发症发生率低，可以在临床上广泛推广。

목적：관찰분석경뇨도전렬선전절술치료전렬선증생적림상효과。방법：선취본원2010년12월-2012년12월수치적60례경뇨도전렬선전절술치료적환자적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：60례환자균성공완성료수술，수술시간위（65.5±23.6）min，출혈량위（320.4±95.3）mL，술후환자적국제전렬선증상평분（IPSS）급생활질량평분（QOL）교치료전유명현하강，최대뇨류솔（Qmax）교치료전유명현승고，잔여뇨량（PUV）교치료전유명현감소，비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。술후발생뇨저류자5례，발생뇨로감염자3례，병발증발생솔위13.3%，무사망병례。결론：경뇨도전렬선전절술치료전렬선증생유착량호적림상효과，술후회복쾌，병발증발생솔저，가이재림상상엄범추엄。
Objective:To observe and analyze the curative effect of transurethral resection of the prostate curing prostatic hyperplasia.Method:The clinical data of sixty patients with transurethral resection of the prostate were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012.Result:Sixty patients were successfully completed the surgery,the surgery time was(65.5±23.6)min,the amount of bleeding was (320.4±95.3)mL.The international prostate symptom score(IPSS)and quality of life scores(QOL)decreased significantly compared with those before treatment,the maximal urinary flow rate(Qmax)increased significantly than before treatment,residual urine volume(PUV)decreased compared with those before treatment,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).5 patients occurred postoperative urinary retention,3 patients urinary tract infection occurred,the incidence of complications was 13.3%,no deaths.Conclusion:Through the transurethral resection of the prostate curing prostatic hyperplasia has good effect,it has fast postoperative recovery,low complication rate,so it can be widely applied in clinic.
